Was machen die meisten Leute kurz nach dem Aufstehen? Es gibt da einige, die machen gar nichts ohne eine Tasse Kaffee oder Tee. Stimulation von K\u00f6rper und Seele. Erst sehr sp\u00e4t im Leben wurde ich auch so einer. Fr\u00fcher reichte mir ein grosses Glas Leitungswasser, jetzt kann ich nicht ohne meine Siebtr\u00e4germaschine.
