Es ist eigentlich ein uraltes Verfahren, das fr\u00fcher fast jeder Metzger praktizierte, bevor der Begriff Dry Aged auftauchte. Dieses gro\u00dfartige Lebensmittel hat der Foodstylist <a href=\"http:\/\/www.foodstyling-landsberg.de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Tim Landsberg<\/a> beim Metzger seines Vertrauens besorgt.
