Diese Verpackungsaufnahmen f\u00fcr die Firma Spiegelau wurden in dem m\u00fcnchner Restaurant Acquarello<\/a> gemacht. Mario Gamba hat uns herzlich empfangen und wir hatten eine grandiose Zeit. Die Teller wechselten in rasender Geschwindigkeit, eine komplett andere Arbeitsweise als im Studio. Viele Teller gingen mit deutlich reduziertem Gewicht in die K\u00fcche zur\u00fcck, es war ein Genu\u00df!
