Mc Donald’s – Young savages

In its “Wild Cuisine” campaign, Mc Donald’s relies on young talent and restages its products. The company’s own core competence in burgers is being strengthened. For both the Big Rösti and the Simmentaler Deluxe promotional burger, only meat from the Simmentaler Fleckvieh breed of cattle was used. Originally Swiss, this breed of cattle has been bred in Europe since the Middle Ages and is prized for its meat quality. The fast food chain obtains the required quantities of meat exclusively from small and medium-sized farms in Germany. Foodstyling: Daniel Petri
