Fried Quark Balls

These small, tasty dough balls are first deep-fried in hot fat, then rolled in sugar. If you like, you can still decorate the pastry with melted chocolate. Then eat them one-by-one, but don’t forget to stop at the right time! We photographed these fried pastries in the studio in daylight. Food styling: Jutta Mennerich
