Vegitables out of the Garden

Colorful beetroots arranged in a group on a piece of washed-out wood. Maybe they could be used for a soufflé, or maybe just eaten cooked and salted. In the end, it doesn’t really matter; they are healthy and also beautiful to look at. Crazy how nature plays with colors, different beetroots provide a veritable compendium of colors. I already loved these vegetables as a child. Simply boiled in salted water, then served with butter and salt. This dark food photography shot is one of my favorites. Potatoes vs. Potatoes Caviar, I made a quick decision there. The vegetables from my own harvest is a splendor, every year like a small family growing up.
